General procurement procedure

The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. If it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.

For the contract to purchase products in our store to be valid, the ordering information provided by the user must be accurate, complete and updated at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with ZAM.ROD

Purchase validation

Once the purchase has been made, ZAM.ROD will immediately send the user an order confirmation by e-mail. If the client does not agree with the data provided in said confirmation, you can request its modification or cancellation of the order .

In any case, the communication corresponding to the cancellation or modification must be made within seven business days from the confirmation of the order, through the email Lzambranarodiles@gmail.com and provided that the order has not been sent.

Prices

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in Spain.

However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax , the transaction may be exempt or not subject to said tax depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which the buyer resides. the one who acts himself (businessman/professional or individual).

Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered compared to what is displayed on the website.

The invoice is issued with the shipment being accessible and downloadable from the user account in addition to being sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.

Validity of prices and offers

Payment Methods

The user/buyer agrees to pay for the products purchased from ZAM.ROD in the accepted payment methods and for any additional amount (including taxes).

ZAM.ROD accepts the following payment methods:

Once the purchase has been made, a confirmation of the contract made will be sent to the indicated email address, which will serve as proof of the "Proof of contract" operation, along with a link to these general purchasing conditions, as well as as well as the return policy.

The confirmation of the contract and its receipt will not be valid as an invoice that will be sent when the order is shipped.

Delivery conditions

All items in our store at the time of choosing their attributes indicate whether or not they are in stock. In the event that all the items in the order are in stock and if it has been confirmed and paid before 2:00 p.m., we will do everything possible to have it shipped that same day.

Being delivered in 5 working days from when we confirm that it has left. If the order is confirmed after 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day.

If an item is not in stock, we will inform you at all times of the estimated date provided by each supplier and with which we commit.

In the event that there is an incident in delivery times, it will be informed by customer service, always giving the best solution to the customer and the option, if desired, to cancel the order.

Shipping & Returns

1. Return Policy

Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to the European Directive 97/7/EC.

All sales are final on originals and custom orders. If for any reason your paintings are damaged during transportation, please contact images at lzambranarodiles@gmail.com and we will inform you with further instructions for replacing your unique original artwork.

How to make a return?

In order to offer the best user experience, the usual way for returns at ZAM.ROD is also the online way at www.zamrod.es

Once you request the return on the website, you must prepare the package in the same conditions and with the packaging received upon delivery. After receiving our confirmation, the package will be collected within an approximate period of 48/72 by a courier who will pick it up at the same address indicated in the order.

Within a maximum of 7 business days from correct receipt in our warehouse, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the original order.

You should keep in mind that, if it is a credit/debit card, the refund, depending on the specific bank used, may take up to 30 days to be effective.

Once the refund is completed on our part, you will receive an email with confirmation and a link so you can download the payment invoice.

2. Are there products that CANNOT be returned?

Based on the current law cited at the beginning of this page, the following returns are NOT accepted:

  1. Items identified with the Custom seal : Handcrafted, made to order exclusively for the client.

3. Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time as long as they have not entered the preparation or shipping phase. If the order has one or more CUSTOMIZED items, it does not allow cancellation or return. 

ZAM.ROD reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

  1. System failure : If errors occur in the order due to errors in the system, it is considered a case of force majeure in which we reserve the right to cancel the order to ensure the best customer service.

  2. Stock error : sometimes, although it is not common, there may be a lapse in synchronization and stock updating due to two or more simultaneous purchases of the same unit. This can happen on items with aggressive offers and high demand. In this case we cannot guarantee the delivery dates of the product and we reserve the right to inform you, cancel the order and refund the amount immediately.

Cancellation of an order

You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, you must send an email to Lzambranarodiles@gmail.com and provide the order reference you wish to cancel.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same payment method chosen at the time of placing the order.

In accordance with article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer intervenes as a party will be presumed to have been concluded in the place in which he has his habitual residence.
